ClickShabab is a CPA (Cost Per Action) advertising network connecting advertisers and publishers to generate online traffic, leads, and conversions. The platform provides campaign tracking, analytics, and payout services to its registered users.

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate personal and business information.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. ClickShabab is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments to affiliates/publishers are processed based on verified performance metrics, subject to internal fraud and quality checks.
• ClickShabab may withhold or delay payments for up to 90 days for verification, chargeback evaluation, or compliance review.
• No user may pursue legal action or chargebacks before the 90-day review period ends.
• Payments are made through your chosen method once the minimum payout threshold is met.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Generating fraudulent leads, clicks, or conversions.
• Using bots, proxies, fake accounts, or incentivized traffic.
• Misrepresenting ClickShabab or publishing harmful or misleading content.

7. Reputation and Communications Policy

Users must refrain from actions that may harm ClickShabab’s reputation. If defamatory or false information is spread, ClickShabab reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
• Withhold pending or future payments.
• Pursue legal remedies for reputational or financial damages.

8. Termination of Account

ClickShabab may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of Terms. Unpaid earnings may be held up to 90 days pending audit.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClickShabab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickShabab, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach or misuse of the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, and content on the platform are owned by ClickShabab. Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Modification of Terms

ClickShabab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
